QMS

Quality Management System is implemented and maintained in AIS of Georgia since 2012. In 2013 the Certification audit was conducted and AIS obtained its first certificate of compliance with ISO 9001 requirements. The surveillance audits are conducted annually to confirm QMS conformity with the requirements.

Process monitoring, customer satisfaction survey, internal audits, management review, etc are conducted regularly at AIS, in order to ensure continuous improvement of the system.
